Where possible we will coordinate any forums with your existing training schedules to maximise cost and resource efficiencies.
We also facilitate smaller, more focussed business development workshops. These usually drill down further into specific issues, with participants building up their own sense of camaraderie and commitment. We see these very much as ‘how to’ workshops.
It’s often not the ‘what’, but the ‘how’ that’s most important. In these workshops we focus on the key steps (‘how) for the area under discussion. Highly interactive, challenged through case studies and supported by all necessary material, these workshops provide a solid foundation for successful implementation at the practice level.
Regular follow up between each session is our ‘trade mark’ with ‘homework’ being set as a follow up action.
We are also able to tailor and implement a training and skilling program for your management team as needed. These can be delivered individually or on a team basis – your call. Our aim will be to give your managers the skills and confidence required to support your advisers. Personalised ‘one on one’ training and joint adviser appointments are also available.
With any of these events, we are also able to coordinate venue selection (and booking), sourcing of speakers, agenda creation and overall facilitation.
